Crypto data mine on Sullivan Street, Towanda
133 Sullivan Street, Towanda, PA 18848, Wysox Township, PA · data center · 2.7 acres
About this project
Soltier LLC would clear the gravel and buildings on a 2.686-acre lot and regrade it for a larger electrical service and 27 new crypto-mining units on concrete pads. The lot now has gravel parking, a main building with a carport, electrical equipment, and existing mining units. The item was tabled in December 2025.
Issues raised: Wysox Township asked for a resubmitted master plan under its new data overlay, Bradford County Conservation District requested more information, Keystone engineer comments and municipal zoning review
