About this project

A 26.9-acre farm parcel would be split into two lots of 19.2 and 7.2 acres. The larger lot keeps an existing house and farm use, and the smaller lot would get one new single-family home. Both lots would use on-lot water and sewer, and the site is in the Act 319 farmland preservation program.
