About this project

Converts an existing 3,961 sq ft former dance studio into retail use. The application describes a medical marijuana dispensary with a drive-through pickup window on the south side of the building and a new paved drive to reach it. The 1.004-acre site is on the west side of Route 309, about 490 feet north of Reservoir Road, and uses individual on-lot water and sewer.
