Proposed burial preparation facility and toilet room will be served by a new septic system as shown, with elevated sand mound located on existing approved septic site. The new septic system shall be designed and submitted for township approval prior to construction, and will be sized to accommodate the existing residence. At time of construction, the residence will be connected to the new system as shown, and the former old tank and drainage field abandoned.
