A plan to merge four adjoining lots and resubdivide them into two, reducing the total from four lots to two. No construction is proposed.

Official description: The purpose of this plan is to consolidate four adjoning properties (Existing Lots A, B, C, and D) and to then subdivide the consolidated property into two Lots (Proposed Lots 1 and 2). The net effect will be to reduce the number of lots from four lots to two lots. No earthmoving, building, or construction of any kind is proposed by this plan.
