EXISTING LOT #12, TAX PARCEL 22-10-0642-170 WOULD NO LONGER EXIST AS A SEPARATE LOT. WE WERE HOPING THAT THE SUBMISSION FEE COULD BE WAIVED SINCE WE ARE SIMPLY CONDENSING TWO LOTS INTO ONE.
