Official description: The purpose of this plan is to combine a portion of Lot 1 (Parcel ID No. 13-09-0545-015), Lot 2 (Parcel ID No. 13-09-0545-007), and Lot 3 (the vacated roadbed of Old Gettysburg Road) to create two resultant lots. The proposed subdivision will result in Lot 1, consisting of 5.73 acres, to be owned by North American Coffee Partnership, and Lot 2, consisting of 12.84 acres, to be owned by Mid-American Dairymen, Inc.
