Sunnyside Trails lot line reconfiguration

Upper Mifflin Township, PA · lot line change

About this project

Two existing lots in Upper Mifflin Township will have their shared boundary reconfigured. One lot will be a wooded lot used for silvicultural purposes, and the other keeps an existing cabin used for seasonal residence.

Official description: The purpose of this plan is to subdivide two existing lots in order to reconfigure the common lines between these lots. Proposed Lot 1 will be a vacant wooded lot used for silvicultural purposes. Proposed Lot 2, which contains the existing cabin and other improvements will be used for silvicultural and seasonal residential purposes. Both existing lots currently use the 12-foot wide lane for access and the two proposed lots will continue to do the same.
