ALL WORK TO BE DONE PER APPROVED PLANS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH 2018 IBC. SEPARATE PERMITS TO BE OBTAINED FOR ALL OTHER WORK. SEE ZP-2026-004720 FOR ASSOCIATED ZONING APPROVAL.
