About this project

Motus Development is proposing to shift the boundary between two adjacent lots at 14 W Lightcap Rd in Limerick Township. Together the lots cover 24.11 acres and already hold a Costco and a Chick-fil-A. Lot 2 would shrink from about 8.02 acres to 6.81 acres, and Lot 3 would grow to about 17.30 acres. No homes are involved, and the county generally supports the change.
