Metropolitan 13, LLC plans to combine three parcels on Upland Square Drive in West Pottsgrove Township and build 252 apartments in ten three-story buildings, with garages and a 5,260 square-foot clubhouse that includes a pool, playground, sport court and dog park. Two existing houses and a garage would be torn down to make room.
