About this project

7 Brew Coffee plans a small one-story drive-through coffee restaurant of about 510 square feet, with a roughly 280-square-foot remote cooler, at 222 E. Main Street in Collegeville. It would sit in the existing parking lot of Collegeville Plaza, using about half an acre of the 13.6-acre site. The project includes two drive-through lanes, new sidewalks, 18 parking stalls, and relocated and landscaped parking islands to improve circulation.
