About this project

Acts Retirement Life Communities is proposing a two-story building on its existing senior living campus on the 25-acre Gwynedd Estates property along Norristown Road in Lower Gwynedd Township, along with expanded parking, a modified access drive, an emergency access drive onto Tennis Avenue, and new walkways. It also seeks conditional use approval for a gravel trail extension, a bridge, and stormwater facilities within the 25-foot riparian buffer, mainly to give accessible walking access to an existing nature area on land currently maintained as lawn.
