About this project

The 113-acre Erdenheim Farm tract at 800 Stenton Avenue in Whitemarsh Township would be split into three parcels of about 31, 17 and 65 acres. No new homes or construction are proposed, and no land development is part of the plan. The existing two houses, barn, horse stall and cemetery on the 17-acre lot would stay in place.
